Education in this country is in need of a major overhaul: this is what was on young Ayan's mind when he found that his choice of undergraduate studies, engineering, was woefully monotonous and of very little use in the real world. Outdated approaches was all that was being taught, which would count for nothing after graduation.
Once done with his formal education, Ayan is inspired to broaden his horizons, learning something that is actually worth something in the present day. He joins a some open source communities to gain industry level experiences, where he meets Debapriya, another kindred soul with something to prove to the world.
Together, they strive to build something new, something that will change the face of education, learning, and personal growth, forever. And so, TheoreX was born.
From Ayan's own experiences as a young graduate watching his peers struggle to get employment even with advanced degrees, TheoreX was envisioned to completely revamp the place of formal education in our society. At the centre was this question: what good is a degree if it cannot get you a job? The need of the hour is employability, and that is what TheoreX strives to create. We offer courses that are designed to be "ready to use"; a certified TheoreX course means you are ready to get to work from the get go. You know this, employers know this. And that is how we aim to launch the next learning revolution.
After a lot of struggles, sacrifices Ayan, the CEO of TheoreX & Debapriya, the COO, finally found two more enthusiastic buddies who can actually come forward and participate in this noble initiative. There joined Gaurab as a CTO of TheoreX and also Swarnava as Vice President, the vision finally took shape. And finally, days after days, brainstroming new ideas, giving shapes to modern Educational System and with the combined hard work of the rest of the Core Team, TheoreX is finally ready for the primetime. TheoreX is ready to bring the Revolution.
